LI 6400 XT

The LI-COR LI 6400 XT measures CO2- and H2O-Gasexchange rates to determine net-photosynthesis, transpiration and stomatal conductance. It can be coupled to an to the Delta plus Advantage (IRMS) to measure e.g. mesophyll conductance in C3 plants or bundle sheath leakiness in C4 plants.
